Eyleen started working out as a way to find time for herself after becoming a mother. (She now has three kids.) Since then, the self-described “fitness chameleon,” has tried running, yoga, a variety of group-fitness classes, and CrossFit, eventually participating in individual and team competitions. “I believe in challenging yourself physically and mentally in some way every day,” Eyleen says. “It prepares you for whatever life may bring.” Recently, her oldest child finished his first kids’ triathlon. “Instilling a love of fitness in my kids makes me feel so accomplished,” she says.
