What is HIIT?

HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods.

How effective is HIIT?

HIIT is extremely effective giving people fasters results.

The reason HIIT is so effective is becasue it produces excess post-oxygen consumption, or EPOC (yes, another industry acronym!) EPOC raises your resting metabolic rate for twenty-four hours or more after your training session. In other words, it turns your body into a fat-burning machine.

Is this for beginners?

Absolutley. Our classes are made to any person at any fitness level.

What do I need for class?

You’ll want to come in comfortable workout clothes, gym shoes and a postitve attitude.
