低压配电箱运行中应该注意什么?

1.温度高造成配电箱电气装备使用寿命降落

按国标设计和制造的电气装备运行时周围环境温度的上限值不应超过40℃,而夏天暴露在烈日中的运行配电箱,因为太阳光的直射、水泥地面热量的 反射和箱内装备本身发生的热量,有时箱内的温度竟超过60℃。如此高的温度极易造成电器线圈、引线的绝缘老化而击穿烧坏;电器触头因温度太高而增添接触电 阻,接触电阻增添又加重发烧,如此恶性循环终究导致触头烧坏;同时温度太高还会影响电器保护机能的稳定性、动作的可靠性、计量的准确性。

有的电工在改换引线时不压接线鼻,用多绞线绕制线鼻螺接,结果换线后不久又造成引线烧断。有的厂家出产的配电箱,分线堆叠螺接在总线上,散热不好,负荷一重自然构成故障不断。

虽然装备制造商提供的产品在出厂时都作过严格的检验,但因为路途颠簸及装卸振动,运达现场后部份连接螺栓可能会呈现一定程度的松动,导致一些配电箱投运后不久就呈现了引线接头过热现象。

6.有的保护接零的供电系统仍采用三相四线制供电方式,低压电网的零线较长、阻抗较大,当三相负荷不平衡时零线将有零序电流通过,同时因为环境恶化、导线老化、受潮等因素,导线的漏电流通过零线也构成闭合回路,导致零线带有一定的电位,这对于运行十分不利。
