We stand behind human movement and believe there is more to fitness than lifting heavy things. We teach you how to move with a strong foundation + functionally so that it doesn’t matter if you’re in the gym or navigating life’s obstacles, you’re strong + efficient enough to do it!


A repetitive movement pattern is a repetitive movement pattern. We can gain skills + expertise in fitness without breaking our bodies to do it.

We believe that we need to load the body, but also move the body, and with a variety of modalities.


Did you know that nasal breathing adds moisture + warmth to your inhaled air making it smoother + easier to enter the lungs? Did you know that nasal breathing brings MORE oxygen to your active tissues making it easier for them to move because they recover faster?
