Having experienced how fitness can greatly impact quality of life and be a source of empowerment, I want to be an extension of that positive force as a coach. Whether it’s developing mental grit, building confidence, improving strength, or understanding exactly of how capable you are - all combined with incredible endorphins - fitness can teach life skills and transform you from the inside out. Let’s harness that! My athletic background spans across many sports including synchronized swimming, strongman, powerlifting, and CrossFit. I have my Crossfit Level 1 certification and am a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Health and happiness are closely intertwined. Whether we spend an hour together in class each day or train together individually, I’m excited to work with you to achieve the highest level of both!
